Shouldn't we focus on the positive side of the business? Naah...The society has to understand that failure is actually a key to success. It's not about celebrating failures, but rather celebrating the learnings that come from those failures. Dejan shares with the audience how his own business and at the same time personal relationship failure led him to bring the global movement "Fuckup Nights" to Vienna. He allows other Austrian inspirational leaders to share their fuckups on stage to create a more open-minded culture towards the failures.

Dejan Stojanovic is an Entrepreneur & Failure Evangelist, who coaches entrepreneurs on how to perceive business failure as a potential learning experience. In 2014 he started an Austrian version of FuckUp Nights Vienna. Together with Salomé Wagner, he introduced the U.S. perspective of healthier startup culture, where people are more open to trying something new even if their initial business idea failed. Dejan believes that rethinking the culture of failure will to avoid the prejudice that is often connected with starting our own businesses.
