Euro 2020 was intended to be a multi-city/ multi-country tournament with games played across Europe. The spread of COVID-19 and the fluctuating vaccination rates, and with many countries choosing to opt-out of hosting, a new format needs to be drawn up quickly.

One option is to host the entire tournament in the UK. So purely hypothetically we take a look at how that COULD look.
