Good news for those who think the Toyota bZ4X is a cool SUV and have it on their radar. The range of Toyota's electric SUV is longer than originally announced. On a full charge, the electric Toyota bZ4X can drive more than 500 kilometers.

The Toyota bZ4X has been under development for quite some time. Although Toyota unveiled the electric SUV to the world at the end of 2021, the first copies will not be delivered in the Netherlands until the beginning of 2023. There is some positive news as well. The electric bZ4X was originally expected to have a range of up to 450 kilometers. What now appears? On a full charge, the bZ4X can travel more than 510 kilometers, depending on the model.

The Toyota bZ4X with front-wheel drive is, of course, the most energy-efficient model. It has a range of 516 kilometers, according to Toyota. The four-wheel-drive Toyota bZ4X, on the other hand, is slightly more energy hungry, though its range is surely not disappointing. According to Toyota, the all-wheel-drive bZ4X has a 470-kilometer range. This is also more than the 450 kilometers originally stated. The Toyota bZ4X has a 71.4 kWh battery pack, regardless of the variant. The front-wheel-drive version has 204 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque. In slightly over 8 seconds, you can reach 100 km/h. The four-wheel-drive version has two strong electric motors that produce 218 horsepower and 336 Nm and accelerates to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds.
