Welcome to the 30 Day Full Body Challenge! This video is a Complete Breakdown of all 30 days, so if you are wanting to only go along with the checklist but have questions about certain exercises, this will give you a brief explanation. I have added brief captions for each day to help you if you need to find something later on in the series.

Make any modifications as necessary and do what is best for you and your body. As always, this is ME – a real person, no fluff, no special lighting, no extras. Just wanting to share to help you keep moving! And as with anyone who has done home improvement/remodeling projects - the trim is always the last to go up. Hence the window trim is missing. But who cares! We're all human. And for full human disclosure - the wide angle makes a few videos crooked, you'll hear my kids, pets, and whatever, and I didn't wear a mic because I didn't want you to hear me breathing while working out.
