Welcome to the 30 Day Full Body Challenge! This video is a Complete Breakdown of all 30 days, so if you are wanting to only go along with the checklist but have questions about certain exercises, this will give you a brief explanation. I have added brief captions for each day to help you if you need to find something later on in the series.
