Week 3 carnivore diet weight loss transformation has been great. I’m down 15.8lbs and my mind is blown. The only other time I dropped weight this quickly was on a 7 day water fast. Some still say it’s all water however I’m feeling leaner, less bloated, and great. I'm a dad, husband, entrepreneur, on a mission to be healthy, increase performance, and be the best dad, husband, leader version of myself. I’m in this to experience a better quality of life, have better health, and add more life to my life. A few weeks before I started this carnivore keto diet lifestyle I thought that people who did the carnivore diet were keto fanatics that were doing it for Internet attention as well as just to spite vegans, which is hilarious, however I recently learned that’s not the “only reason” people do it. One day, while watching YouTube I came across a random clip of an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience via @joerogandotnet featuring @JordanBPeterson where Jordan told his carnivore diet story. He also shared his daughter @mikhaila story of how she was able to gain her life back on a very strict carnivore diet she calls the Lion diet. Next I read the book The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd and watched YouTube videos by @KenDBerryMD , @SteakandButterGal , @ShawnBakerMD , @anthonychaffeemd , and 2 weeks later I got committed and found myself on this crazy journey documenting my progress. After 3 weeks and 15.8lbs total weight loss, I’m pleased with the results so far and will continue on this journey to better health, being a better dad, husband, entrepreneur, and setting a better example for my children.
