Just a 2 short years ago Tyler was 130lbs and 6 feet tall. He worked hard, ate right and clean, and stayed consistent with his workouts and saw all kind of gains. He quickly put on lean muscle mass and continued his progress of muscle confusion alternating his workouts regularly.

Tyler studied the principals laid down by Mike O'hearn's power lifting techniques to focus on heavy lifting and strength increases. He lifts more weight than most people twice his size at the gym.
