During a press briefing in Ankara on Monday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed his discontent towards Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis over describing Hamas as a “terrorist organisation”. Erdogan said he views them as a resistance movement and that over 1,000 of its members were being treated in Turkish hospitals.
