GO TO RICHMOND WHEN WE CAN ALL TRAVEL AGAIN! :)

We can't get enough of Richmond, Virginia. It all started when a Google Maps 'random travel' challenge took us there a few months back. (See our video: 'Letting Google Earth Choose our Roadtrip!")

Since then, I (Seth), traveled back with my siblings, Joel, Lydia, and Jere (the curry loving guy in the thumbnail) after raving about how nice the city is and now both of us can't wait to go back on our second trip together!

We both have lived in Southwest VA for 4-5 years and had been to or through Richmond several times. (Seth bought a used BMW 325i there years ago). However, we had never been together and had never really explored it and had no idea how amazing it was. It's impossible not to fall in love with Richmond in our opinions...the distinct neighborhoods, amazing food scene (soul food galore!), the best murals I've seen in any US city, unique history, the fact that it has class IV rapids with views of downtown...and SO many free things to do. Here are our top 7!
