This video will include an Aldi and Woodman’s Grocery Haul. Most of the grocery haul consist of vegan/ whole food plant based (WFPB) food. I will explain why I bought the specific items and what I use the items for. I’m 70% WFPB and I truly love the feeling that I have after eating these meals. Most of my meals inspiration comes from the book called “Starch Solution” or “Maximum Weight Loss”, by John McDougal. I also like to try new recipes that come from Pinterest, Facebook groups, and other Youtubers. But most of the time I create my own recipes. WFPB has contribute so much to my life including: self-confidence, weight loss, positive attitude, and being more energetic.
