दिल्ली शराब नीति (liquor policy scam) से जुड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट (Rouse avenue court) ने अरविंद केजरीवाल (CM Arvind kejriwal) और बीआरएस नेता के. कविता (K.Kavita)की न्यायिक हिरासत 7 मई तक बढ़ा दी है. केजरीवाल और के. कविता को उनकी न्यायिक हिरासत पूरी होने के बाद दोनों के अदालत के समक्ष वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए पेश किया गया. न्यायिक हिरासत पूरी होने के बाद जांच एजेंसी ईडी ने के. कविता की न्यायिक हिरासत बढ़ाने के लिए अदालत में आवेदन दायर किया और कहा कि उन्हें गवाहों को प्रभावित करने, सबूतों से छेड़छाड़ की आशंका बनी हुई है. हम इस मामले में उनकी भूमिका से जुड़े होने की जांच कर रहे हैं. जिसका हम अपने आवेदन में खुलासा नहीं करेंगे और अपने अभियोजन शिकायत में उल्लेख नहीं करेंगे. हमने पहले भी कहा कि हम अपनी जांच कर रहे हैं और 60 दिनों के अंदर हम के. कविता के खिलाफ आरोपपत्र दायर करेंगे.
