With alot of people struggling with weightless and optimal health its so important focus on foods with the big P word out there Protein and how much do we need?
I recommend to focus on Whole foods first then get any additional high quality protein supplement after eating. Tutu, Tempeh, hemp seeds chicken fish meat or eggs.
