This video presents the second session of PEPSS (https://www.socialchangelab.net/pepss.html): a panel discussion on gender inclusion and equity in academia recorded Friday October 28th, 2022. Our speakers included Prof. Michelle Ryan, Director of the Global Institute for Women's Leadership at the Australian National University, ACT; Prof. Naomi Ellemers, Professor of Psychology at Utrecht University, Netherlands; and Associate Professor Marit Kragt, who is based in the School of Agriculture and Environment and Director of the Centre for Agricultural Economics and Development, University of Western Australia, but also speaking from her role as UWA’s Pro Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The panel was chaired by Prof. Jolanda Jetten (UQ).
PEPSS is a seminar series in Political and Environmental Psychology and Social Science sponsored by the University of Queensland's Social Identity and Groups Network (SIGN), the Social Change Lab, and the Network of Environmental Social Scientists, and the Centre for Research in Social Psychology.
