PUSH B - My Full Chest, Tricep & Shoulder Workout |

PUSH A: https://youtu.be/izRovj0rkHw
Alright here are the 2 push workouts that I currently do on my push legs pull split. This video will cover Push B, and my video which posted literally 1 second before this covers Push A. First, I begin with an incline chest press for the upper chest. If your gym doesn’t have this machine, then dumbbells will work fine. Then for the middle chest, I do some seated pec flys, nothing really special here. And finally for the lower chest I do some high to low flys. But Max, didn’t you do those on Push A, yes and ideally I would choose something different like a dip, but they have become way too easy, and my gym doesn’t have a belt to do them weighted, so for now I’m just doing some more flys. Eventually though I should probably just buy my own dip belt and do them weighted. Moving onto shoulders, we’re just doing 2 rounds of cable y raises supersetted with behind the back raises, nice simple and quick, and then again for triceps we are doing cross body extensions since they are absolutely goated, and then just some smith machine JM press, you could band this for some more tension in the shortened range, but I just don’t feel like doing it. And that is not the end of the workout, because I still have 1 exercise left and that is the bicep curls of death. Yes I do train biceps on one of my push days, a lot of you were asking why I only do 1 bicep exercise on pull days, and that is because I do another one here. So for this, I do 1 set of strict curls to failure in the 6-8 rep range, rest for 10-15 seconds, then hammer curls to failure in the 4-5 rep range, then without resting, finish off with single arm cross body curls, until the weight literally just falls out of my hands. And that is Push B, if you haven’t seen push A, it is the video right below this so go watch it now.
