I would say 99% of you are trying to be too fancy with your Nunchuck techniques and need to remember to keep your Martial Arts and Kung Fu weapons training powerful and practical. The nunchaku or nunchucks are a traditional weapon of both the Chinese Martial Arts and Japanese Martial Arts and must be practiced daily and respected. Here are a few techniques I'm training today.
