1 Point Perspective - How to draw square blocks |
|
Perspective is a tool you can use to create the illusion of 3 dimensional objects on a flat surface (paper, canvas, etc). 1 point perspective means we are looking at an object straight on our parallel to us. All you need is something to draw with, paper, and a ruler. I recommend using a pencil with an eraser but it is not necessary. We are going to be drawing 8 blocks using 1 perspective point in the center of them. Let's draw them together.
Homework - draw a shattered geometric shapes radiating out from a central vanishing point. (I show you how at the end of the video) I would love to see your work! Post it to instagram #mrotterstudio #mrotterperspective This video was made by McCall for Mr Otter Studio No music, no time for that sort of thing. |
