ALLAH LA ILAHA ILLA HU RABU ALEARSHA AL AZIM
الله لا إله إلا هو رب الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ
MEANING:
The meaning of hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa hu alayhi tawakkaltu… is: “Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic throne.”

Benefit #1 Entering The Paradise

Imam Hakim narrated:

It is strong as proof.

Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam R.A. said that The ALLAH’s Apostle ﷺ said:

“The one who will read “La Ilaha Illallah” with sincerity, he will enter the Paradise.

Prophet ﷺ said: It means this dikhr abstain a man from such things that are haram/forbidden by ALLAH.”

This has been copied in Al-Mu’jam Al-Awsat by Imam Tabrani. Al-Mu’jam Kabeer has the following words for this Hadith:

“That this Kalima should stop the man from those things, which ALLAH Ta’ala has made forbidden for man.”
Benefit #2 Intercession of Prophet ﷺ on the Day of Judgement

Hazrat Abu Hurairah R.A. said:

“I asked: O Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ! Who will be the luckiest person, who will gain your intercession on the Day of Judgement?

Prophet Mu’hammad ﷺ said:

O Abu Hurairah! I have thought that none will ask me about this Hadith before you as I know your interest in the (learning of) Hadiths. The most deserved person who will have my intercession on the Day of Judgement will be the one who said “la Ilaha Illallah” sincerely from the bottom of his heart”

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, said, “The most blessed of people to have my intercession on the Day of Resurrection are those who say there is no God but Allah, sincerely from the heart.”

Benefit #3 to be Defended by The Prophet ﷺ

Narated By Al-Musaiyab : When the death of Abu Talib approached, ALLAH’s Apostle came to him and said, “Say: La ilaha illallah, a word with which I will be able to defend you before ALLAH.”

Benefit #4 During Taking Oath

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:

The Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said: “Whoever takes an oath, and swears, saying: ‘By Al-Lat and Al-Uzza,’ let him say:’La ilaha illallah.’ “

Benefit #5 for Someone Dying

To seek pleasures of ALLAH The Exalted

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said:

‘urge your dying ones to say La ilaha illallah.”

Benefit #6 Against Hellfire

From Anas, that the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said – Hisham (one of the narrators) narrated it:

“Some will exit the Fire,” Shu`bah (another narrator) narrated it: ‘Remove from the Fire whoever said La ilaha illallah and had good in his heart equal to the weight of a grain of barley. Remove from the Fire anyone who said La Ilaha illallah and had good in his heart equal to the weight of a grain of wheat. Remove from the Fire anyone who said La ilaha illallah and had good in his heart equal to the weight of a speck.” And Shubah said: “What is equal to the weight of a light piece of corn.”

Benefit #7 Rewards of Dhikr

Jabir bin ‘Abdullah said:

“I heard the Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ say: ‘The best of remembrance is La ilaha illallah (None has the right to be worshipped but ALLAH), and the best of supplication is Al-Hamdu Lillah (praise is to ALLAH).'”

Benefit #8 Forgiveness of Sins

It was narrated from Mu’adh bin Jabal that the:

Messenger of ALLAH ﷺ said: “There is no soul that died bearing witness to La ilaha illallah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah, from the heart with certainty, but ALLAH will forgive it.”
