Mark Watney learns that NASA has has the resources to begin trip to Mercury. But not everyone is thrilled to bring human into the planet. Because of his expertise they allowed this mission to happen but this time with more knowledge and preparation.

Hey guys I would like to make it clear that this is a fan made trailer. This trailer is not REAL. That means it contains clips from other movies, put together with special effects using Wondershare Filmora video editor and Picmaker (Picmaker.com) photo editor.


Creating this video take days to produce and publish. I do lots of research and takes a lot of time. The thumbnails and posters you see are originally created by me. (Follow me on twitter @Macamtvofficial to get more details of my work.)


I wanted to step up the game from the previews movie instead of landing on Mars now landing on Mercury. I needed to explain to the audience that Mercury is the closes to the Earth by using an audio from V101 Science Youtube channel "What would It be like to stand on Mercury's surface?".


I used clips from the cast movies. And my choice of music is from the Just Mercy film to add an inspiring vibe to it. The lines I added in the trailer perfectly connects with the story. One in particular is the line in beginning "Tragedy has a way of defining people" line from CHAPPAQUIDDICK film. This indicate that this really is a sequel, how they are talking about how Mark Watney played by Matt Damon made him a better person during his experience on Mars.


Another line is "Taking Risk" line from THE LOOMING TOWER. This indicates that the plan to land in Mercury will be possible if people starts taking risk. And lastly the line "He's an expert" line taken from 12 Years A Slave film, I included to indicate that Mark Watney is an expert at survival on another planet.


I used bloopers scenes from the Martian film to add fresh clips, showing them laughing and having fun landing on Mercury.
The title and wording sequence I customized using a light glare picture instead of animation for the first time.
