My life changed when I was diagnosed with codependency and understood I was acting out of a dysfunctional needy place. As a child, I was groomed to attract toxic relationships. I was also groomed to believe it was my responsibility to people please and cater to the needs of others at my expense. Living below the veil of consciousness, I remained a needy and insecure woman, who attracted narcissistic relationships, until I had an awakening that allowed me to understand myself.

Healing from the illusions of the past will set you free and allow you to learn how to stop caring what others might think about you. In this video, you will learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships. Identifying what I was doing wrong, and what I could do to help heal codependency, was one of the first steps toward gaining emotional control over my life. This lead to the developing of a 12-step breakthrough coaching program that helps cure codependence.

It is important to note, that men as well as women can exhibit codependency traits. Women can also be manipulative and narcissistic and exploit the emotional unmet needs of men. This is NOT a gender issue. If you are codependent, you are living below the veil of consciousness and as you learn more about how to heal codependency, you inevitably learn that you never had anything to prove.
