Is the Islamic State responsible for the Moscow concert hall massacre?

video thumbnail
Suspects in the Moscow concert hall massacre have faced a Russian court, after ISIS-Khorashan (ISIS-K) claimed responsibility for the attack which killed at least 137 people. Professor Amira Jadoon says it is likely the terrorist group was behind the shooting since Russia had been on its target list for a long time and such an attack could have been the organisation's 'projection of power'.
