🎯 How to set SMART goals when it comes to weight loss, your fitness and your health.
💪 AND how to achieve them! 🎥 In this video, Jaymie Moran from Body Smart talks you through the foolproof SMART goal system that has helped Body Smart clients lose fat for the final time. 📉 If you have a big weight loss goal, it can feel very overwhelming to make a start and get motivated to achieve those goals. ✅ That's why we like to break main overall goals into smaller, more manageable and realistic mini-goals that we call SMART goals. 👉 Done each month, these mini SMART goals will move you closer to your goal every 4 weeks, without you getting disheartened and giving up. A little recap: 🎯 S - Specific Outline what you'd like to specifically achieve over the next month. We advise a specific weight loss target, something measurable around fitness like a specific weight you want to lift or a run time and something around mindset like creating a consistent morning routine. ☀️ 🎯 M - Meaningful The deep-rooted reason why you want to achieve those goals. 🧡 🎯 A - Action The actions you will take to achieve your specific short term goals. That might be staying in a consistent calorie deficit, setting a weekly step goal, doing 3 resistance sessions per week and committing to getting up at the same time every day. 😴 🎯 R - Reward This is a reward to you from you.
