West Ham have recently held talks with Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim about becoming their next manager. But, he is also being looked at to replace Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool. With the likes of Xabi Alonso and Unai Emery signing contract extensions, it’s becoming much harder for clubs to find a top level manager who is currently available. So, who is Ruben Amorim and why is he  in such high demand?
