Welcome to HIIT & STRENGTH with Courtney! This is an intense full body cardio, strength and abs workout. The format includes a warm up and cool down stretch, and the workout will be between 50 and 55 minutes with music. I talk throughout to give instruction and modifications, which is a bit different from my Monday, Wednesday, and Friday videos, where there is no talking.
