I felt a duty to share this with you all! Today marks April 25 2020, which is also ANZAC day in New Zealand and Australia and with that a special bond between two countries is remembered.

With this bond comes feirce rivalry and none more so than the rivalry between the two national rugby teams. The All Blacks are premiering a rugby match tonight between New Zealand and Australia from the year 2000 and I am pleased to be livestreaming that very feed to my audience here.

Dubbed "The Game of the Century" the opening test of the 2000 Bledisloe Cup series between the All Blacks and the Wallabies was played at Sydney's Homebush Stadium just two months before the Olympics were staged at the same venue. The stadium was all set up to host the Games and was at a capacity of just under 110,000. The match was a sell-out.

Both teams were stacked with big names with the likes of Jonah Lomu, John Eales, Christian Cullen, George Gregan, Tana Umaga, Stirling Mortlock and Stephen Larkham among the many stars stepping out onto the pitch.


It was also Todd Blackadder's first as All Black captain.
