This 20 minute FULL BODY Kettlebell WORKOUT | HOME WORKOUT | HIIT Home Workout | Strength Cardio Workout is made up of 2 blocks of 4 different exercises and each 4 exercise for 4 rounds. We do the exercises for 30 seconds, then we have 10 seconds rest in between!
