The action of the game revolves around a Guy who wants to date a Girl, but in order to do so, he must pass the test of the Girl's parents and defeat many characters with the help of rap battles.

During play, the opponent sings a set of notes, which the player often has to repeat by pressing the arrow keys, WASD, or IJKL. At the bottom of the screen there is a scale showing how well the player hit the notes and consisting of 2 parts: the opponent's and the player's strip. Hitting notes successfully will increase the size of the player's strip, while skipping them will expand the opponent's strip. The player loses if the opponent's bar fills the entire gauge.
