Kettlebell squats 3x15
Kettlebell squats with shoulder raises 3x15
Single leg kettlebell lunges 3x15 (each side)
Kettlebell curl with squat 3x15
Squat jumps 3x20
Bosu ball burpees 3x20
Barbell squats normal stance 3x12 superset
Barbell squat close stance 3x12
Jump rope 15 minutes
Cool down and stretch!
