Pilau is such an easy dish to make. It's quite popular all year round and twice on Christmas. Pilau needs very few bold ingredients and boom you are ready to tear it up.

Ingredient List

2 Cups of Rice
4-5 Potatoes Cubed
1 Onion Sliced
1 & 1/2 tbsps of Ground Pilau Masala
1tbsp of ground ginger & garlic
Salt to taste
