Nneka is a Partner at Dalberg where she serves as Nigeria Director and co-leads Dalberg’s Global Agriculture & Food Security Practice. She has focused on a range of sectors including agriculture, creative industries, financial services, urban resilience, education, youth employment, and inclusive growth. She has worked across Africa, and in Asia and Latin America.

Nneka is on the board of the Impact Investors’ Foundation of Nigeria (which is establishing Nigeria’s National Advisory Board for Impact Investing). In addition to her work at Dalberg, Nneka sits on the Investment Committee of VestedWorld, an impact focused early-stage fund focused on emerging markets and on the West Africa Steering Committee for the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE). Prior to joining Dalberg in 2009 in Kenya, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Nneka holds an AB in economics cum laude from Harvard University. Nneka Eze leads Dalberg’s work in Nigeria, where she is a Partner and the Lagos Office Director; advising on strategic planning, market analysis, investment planning, and performance transformation. She has focused on a range of sectors including agriculture, education and youth employment, financial services, and inclusive growth, and is a co-leader of Dalberg Advisors’ Global Agriculture and Food Security practice area.

Prior to joining Dalberg in 2009, Nneka was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Washington, DC Nneka holds an AB in economics cum laude from Harvard University.
