In this film Rob goes to Holden’s Lake on Embryo Angling’s Norton Disney Complex. The 11-acre lake has depths to 35 foot and is stocked with around 400 beautiful carp.

As the weather starts to turn and with Holden’s being very deep location is Rob’s main focus. Rob initially targets an area where he can fish at various depths, he introduces a good number of free offerings onto his area. It takes some time for the carp to move onto his spot but is rewarded with a lovely mirror to kick off the session.

Rob’s tale end of his trip sees him move to an area he’d seen the carp showing. Using the same tactics as before lands him another stunning carp showing the importance of location and ensuring you stay one step ahead.
