Sam Madhu, Brooklyn-based graduate of Parsons School of Design is a woman who has changed the definition of art. Her artwork represents and caters to a new generation of young Indians who are fighting for feminism, sexuality, independence and self-expression. Sam Madhu spoke about her story of how she began with community art, that combines internet and the spirit of sharing ideas on social media platforms with consistent, small inputs, making contemporary artwork featuring Indian women with a modern take.
