The Stigma Around Mental Health | Ahmad Dibo | ADAMS Center |
|
By this talk, Ahmad aims to destigmatize the view of mental health and well being. Often, many individuals cannot reach out for help when struggling due to pressure from their community and are left to struggle in silence. He hopes that this talk would inspire others to reach out for help and change the narratives!
Ahmad Dibo is a sophomore in high school! He enjoys writing, reading, and hiking and aspires one day to study English Literature. He is currently working on a book and hopes to publish it by the end of his senior year. One of his favorite past times is playing some music while studying various pieces of art and paintings.
