Pros:
- Beastly lume
- Compact and slim proportions
- Extra rubber strap
- Lightweight
- No date adds to the cleanliness and symmetry of the dial

Cons:
- I am not a fan of the sunburst dial/bezel.
- Bracelet feels a bit jingly

Overall, I am quite impressed with this piece. Small dimensions, light weight and fairly reasonable price makes for a good daily/holiday watch.
