We will be walking the long, long path to creating a "Perfect" Hansa, where every city is full of people and production/demand are in equilibrium.
This is a huge undertaking, likely to take over 100 hours and be full of tedious micro. Honestly, get out while you still can. For those who want to live on the wild side, I have included the modded files I use here, along with all the other tools Use at your own risk: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B9t78XHPLD38MlpYc2JueGwwV0k?resourcekey=0-fxehdNNfMmeCBeThguukKg&usp=sharing Differences are: Cannonballs damage decreased (AI uses this) Chain shot damage increased Spawns of treasure, maps and flotsam changes, with treasure enabled (probably disabled in the base game due to the graphic not working/existing) Lords will demand money slightly more often Pirate attacks are a massive pain in the arse and would add ~10 minutes of tedium per encounter, so I have changed the files so that they go down in a couple of shots. Defeating Pirates with a single Crayer without taking damage and capturing a ship is trivial in unmodded games, but takes so long that we are cutting that rubbish out.
