Stephen comes with a wealth of experience working with Prosci clients and as some of you may know, also many years working at Microsoft. On top of all that secret sauce, all the latest gossip on what's new and coming to Microsoft 365! SPEAKER BIO: Stephen Drew has been leading programs and change projects for more than 35 years. A former IT professional with roles in operations, product marketing and change management, he has led multi-disciplinary teams, empowering them to exceed expectations. Stephen is skilled with metrics-driven approaches, blending change management leadership with project management to align IT to business goals. Today, as a Prosci Master Instructor, he works closely with business leaders and change professionals to help them apply the Prosci methodology and build effective change programs of their own. As behavioural architect for Microsoft’s Adoption and Change Management global practice, Stephen led change for several client projects while overseeing Microsoft engagements in the APJ region. While based in Singapore, he served on the leadership team, which managed a business unit across 14 countries. Previously, Stephen held management roles in support, professional development and account management, with increasing levels of responsibility. Before joining Microsoft, Stephen was the program manager and principal information technology officer for the Queensland Police Service. Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in information technology, diploma in project management, and an associate diploma in electrical engineering. He is ISACA® Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT® (CGEIT) and holds ITIL® v3 credentials.
