It looks like the state weather agency’s earlier prediction that no tropical cyclone would hit the country this February will become a reality. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) says it still does not see any tropical cyclone forming or entering the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) until Feb. 29, 2024.
