Taiji Meditation Music 天人合一 YinYang Harmony & Five Element Balance 太極音樂 |
|
Take Inventory of Your Life through the practice of taijiquan. Our understanding of the six essential elements of harmonies/unification/coordination in learning Taijiquan helps the practitioners to align, coordinate and connect externally as well as internally.
As we lean and progress gradually, we need to periodically evaluate ourselves, not just on the skill set level, but more importantly, on the personal level too! Taijiquan practice, when practice consistently and persistently, promotes many health benefits, and among those, “Clarity of Mind” is even more appealing to me! To understand ourselves deeper, gaining knowledge of the Five Element Theory, another important Taiost theory and used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, will no doubt help connecting our relationship to the external world as well as our internal universe. Each of the five elements is connected, and we all possess a part of each within us, but usually our personality traits are influenced by a dominant element in us. Therefore, by understanding ourselves with the knowledge from this Five Element Theory, we can learn to focus and adjust our energy to become more center and balanced, the Yin-Yang harmony. ❤️ I hope my visual interpretation is not too much for your taste. Have a nice day … and infinitely afterwards. Music credit: Composed and Performed by Jason Campbell, 5-Element Music for Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation. |
