Congenital heart disease is a lifelong disease known to be accompanied by periods of anxiety and depression. Over the past 3 years, the COVID pandemic has increased health-related anxiety across the globe. Resiliency strategies and behavioral health knowledge can significantly improve quality for patients and families. In this presentation from January 12, 2023, we review several of these and leave time for discussion.
