The General Overseer of the Omega Power Ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere has gifted the family of the late Deborah Samuel a 14-unit flat and a two-bedroom apartment.
This is in fulfillment of his promise less than a week after the Shehu Shagari College of Education student was killed in Sokoto over an allegation of blasphemy.
