Troy Evans passionately presents his efforts to provide unique opportunities for youth and young adults to become "world changers". He talks about his own youth and the mistakes he made which led him to some dark places, but also the opportunity he was given to turn that around. He explains how he uses those opportunities to inspire other youth and to help the hard to reach and disenfranchised. Troy challenges us to reach out to those who are hard to reach and to use our talents and gifts to help and inspire them.
