The report also mentioned that the deadliest earthquake before 2015 transpired in 1934, resulting in a minimum of 8,519 fatalities in Nepal and causing additional casualties in India.

The impact of the recent earthquake extended to Delhi-NCR and several neighboring states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar. Notably, on October 15, both Delhi and NCR had experienced significant tremors, following similar seismic events on October 3.
