Kakazu Sensei, a famous Karate grand master in Okinawa, Japan, the birthplace of karate, has devised his own basic exercises that he uses in his daily practice.

In this session, Sensei will teach us his unique basic exercises, which he has developed while incorporating movements from various styles.
