Dr. Helen Koulidobrova is Assistant Professor in Linguistics at
Central Connecticut State University and the Director of the
CCSU Bilingualism and English Language Learning Research
Lab (BELL-RL@CCSU). Dr. Koulidobrova has conducted a
number of professional development workshops for pre- and
in-service language professionals and has served on a variety of
CT legislative workgroups dedicated to improvement of academic
outcomes for English learners in the US
