Kristen reacts to Captain America: The First Avenger, a superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character. The film stars Chris Evans (Fantastic Four, Knives Out, & Snowpiercer) as Steve Rogers, a scrawny soldier who undergoes a secret experiment that transforms him into a super-soldier known as Captain America. He then leads the fight against the Nazi-backed HYDRA organization led by the Red Skull (Hugo Weaving - The Matrix, The Lord of the Rings, & V for Vendetta).

This film also features Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter, The Duchess, & Christopher Robin) as Peggy Carter, a British agent and love interest of Rogers, Tommy Lee Jones (The Fugitive, Men in Black, & No Country for Old Men) as Colonel Chester Phillips, a senior officer who recruits Rogers, and Sebastian Stan (Gossip Girl, The Martian, & I, Tonya) as Bucky Barnes, Rogers’ best friend and fellow soldier.

This film is directed by Joe Johnston (Jumanji, Jurassic Park III, & The Rocketeer) and is the fifth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
