Netanyahu expressed displeasure to Putin over Russia’s stance on the war, and also complained about “dangerous cooperation” between Moscow and Iran. Putin, on the other hand, expressed concerns over the rising civilian toll in Gaza, and said counter terrorism measures should not hurt civilians.
