How does AI and machine language affect complexity and challenge that paradigm? What is the difference between humans and computers in decision making? What role do our biases and heuristics play into the AI we’re building in the present/ future? What’s the pronoun for AI? How do you refer to AI? About the speakers: Nigel Thurlow – Nigel Thurlow | LinkedIn Nigel Thurlow is the creator of the award-winning Scrum the Toyota Way training course, and the co-creator of The Flow System. He previously served as the first ever Chief of Agile at a global Toyota company, leading Lean and Agile practices at Toyota Connected. He currently serves as the Editor–in–Chief for Performance Improvement Quarterly (PIQ) journal. His research interests are in team science, team cognition, leadership, performance improvement, knowledge management, theory building, complexity theory, multilevel models, and meta-analysis techniques. He is the co-creator of The Flow System(TM) and the co-author of the book, The Flow System, and has published articles in numerous journals. |
