INGREDIENTS:
150g Self Raising Flour
2 eggs
60g oil
pinch of salt
175g milk
10g vanilla
50g caster sugar
12 teaspoons of berry jam
To Brush and dust the donuts after cooking you will need
60g melted butter
100g caster sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
