The EUAA Liaison Officers will be acting as key interfaces between the agency and the Member State to improve knowledge and understanding of the asylum situation across Europe.

One liaison officer can be responsible for working across a maximum of four Member States.

Deployments outside Europe will also be possible to enhance collaboration with countries of origin and transit.
