After remaining constant for two days, the state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) hiked the prices of petrol and diesel on Thursday, October 14, 2021. In Delhi, prices of petrol and diesel climbed up and were hiked by 35 paise per litre each, according to the Indian Oil Corporation.
In the national capital, petrol costs Rs 104.79 per litre and diesel is retailing at Rs 93.52 per litre. Petrol can be bought at Rs 110.75 per litre in Mumbai, following an increase of 34 paise, touching a record high. In India's financial hub, a litre of diesel costs Rs 101.40 after a hike of 37 paise.
