The Mombasa law court has denied Feisal Mohammed Ali alias Feisal Shahbal a release bond. Principle magistrate Justus Kituku while delivering the ruling declined to set Feisal free on bond fearing he is a flight risk. Feisal, who is under police custody for being behind a 44million shilling ivory deal, had through his lawyer Cliff Ombeta applied for a bond awaiting hearing of his case on 20th January 2015.
