As dancers, our knees take a lot of force, and are very susceptible to injury 💥

That's why it is super important to really focus on proper knee tracking while in plié, and to strengthen the muscles that surround the knee. We need to keep it protected when landing that 180 degree jeté 😉

We will stretch out the IT band on the outside of your thigh, (as this thick band of fascia can sometimes pull on your knee cap causing pain!) and we'll also introduce some light & gentle rotation through the knee joints, keeping them supple and strong 💪
